• A  Brief introduction to creating  a memorable culinary experience is INCLUDED in our 6 Day initial and 3 Day Transitional training programs. However this course in Creating a unique and memorable Culinary Experience explores way beyond the basics of aviation culinary.

• Since most culinary programs do not understand real-world flight situations, We will be presenting most common and not so common challenges that Corporate Flight attendants will inevitably face. Our course will provide some resolution, relief and solutions.
• This course is recommended for new corporate flight attendants and current corporate flight attendants looking to master culinary in aviation.
• Transforming passengers into “Guests”
• Most Gourmet Culinary Classes do not work within private or corporate jet galley limitations and often miss typical daily challenges that are unique to the Corporate Aviation industry
• Graduates who opt to add this comprehensive class will receive ongoing recipes, menu ideas, and continued communications
• Previous B&A graduates from 2024/2025 will be given a $250 discount. Current attendees will be given the option to add the class to the last day( Monday after Initial)  or to attend at another time.
• Handling/ Knife Skills etc
• Packaging for aviation, dealing with Catering inefficiencies
• This is an add- on course that can be attended after completion of Initial Training- Typically held on the Monday after 6 day Initial Training,
• Initial Training / Current Transitional trainees can opt during class to add on the extra day to learn these valuable skills
• This class can also be attended by any former or Current Flight Attendant looking to advance their knowledge, skills and resolution of challenges while flying.
